Who are we?
Husband and wife owner/operators - Stan and Jen!
Yep you read that correctly - married and work together every day! We have made the impossible possible!
Stan leads the field and Jen is most often found in the office.
We have a great team supporting us and making our company stronger and more versatile.
What do we do?
We specialize in residential construction -- but we do it our way.
We incorporate design services into all of our projects because they all need it! Kitchens, bathrooms, decks, stairwells, accent walls, trim packages, etc. We do not just show up and start installing. There are too many things that can go wrong if you do not plan accordingly.
Our team self performs as much as we possibly can on our jobs to ensure our level of finish and care is executed on every job.
We hold our NJ Home Improvement Contractor's License 13VH07716100 and our NJ Builder's License 51441. We are fully insured.
We are a PREFERRED VIEWRAIL installer.
We are a preferred partner of ViewRail - manufacturer of beautiful FLIGHT systems and railings. Let us install the stairs and railings of your dreams!
We offer commercial property management, property maintenance, and fit out construction services.
Our skill set is vast, which makes us an asset to any commercial entity to keep the daily operations of their facilities and their tenants operating.
We work with other contractors, investors, and the like for design services, cabinetry sales, and flooring sales.
We cannot work on every job out there, but we can help provide design services and product if needed.
2011
That is the magic year when it all started. A paper printer and a 5th grade teacher forced to make a path change. Long story short, we had a house fire and it destroyed a lot of our printing equipment. We chose to reinvest in ourselves and not in the dying trade of printing. We went ALL IN!
What does IGC Service Group stand for?
Today we say it stands for Innovative General Contracting - which is 100% true! We are very innovative and we complete all types of construction.
In 2011, it stood for Impact Graphics Communications, our printing company. We had to juggle both for a bit until we were able to grow in construction.
